Congratulations on reserving a booth at the 2017 Radio Show. Now, it's time to build. Below you will find important logistical information and forms you need, as well as important upcoming deadlines and announcements.

Exhibitor Move-In
*Monday, September 4, 2017 12 - 5 p.m.
Tuesday, September 5, 2017 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Exhibit Hours
Wednesday, September 6, 2017 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Thursday, September 7, 2017 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Exhibitor Move-Out
Thursday, September 7, 2017 5 - 8 p.m.
Friday, September 8, 2017 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

* Monday move-in is reserved for booths 400 square feet or larger.
