How can I receive the attendee list?
You may rent the attendee list through the registration company, Experient. Exhibitors may obtain complimentary lists of either the 2017 post-show (available now) or the 2018 pre-show (available in August).
When do shipments need to arrive?
Advanced shipments must arrive to the Freeman warehouse between August 27 – September 17, 2018. Materials arriving after August 28 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after-deadline charge. Direct-to-site shipments will be received at the Hilton Bonnet Creek beginning September 4, 2018.

Does the exhibitor badge allow access to the conferences and/or special events?
There are two Session Passes included with each company's booth space. Session Passes (Conference Session Access) allow the pass holder to attend individual Radio Show conference sessions. This does not include access to the Marconi Radio Awards, Dinner & Show, the Advertiser Luncheon, the Leadership Breakfast and/or the Radio Show Luncheon.

How do I book a hospitality suite?
If you wish to reserve a Hospitality Suite to host an event and/or product or service demonstration, please click here to download and complete the Suite Reservation Form and submit it for approval. NAB and RAB require a non-refundable $3,000 space fee for each suite.
How do I receive my badge(s)?
Badges can be picked up onsite at exhibitor registration. No badges will be mailed in advance of the show.
How do I access the hall during move-in and move-out?
Exhibitor badges must be worn during both move in and move out.
Can I purchase additional exhibitor badge(s)?

Can I purchase full conference access?
Yes, additional conference badges may be purchased for an additional cost. If you are interested in adding any additional items to a registration, please call (888) 740-4622 (U.S. only) or +1 (301) 682-7962, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET. Please clearly state to the Customer Service representative whether you are adding onto an existing registration or if you are registering an individual for the first time.
Can I invite customers and prospects to register with a free exhibits only pass?
Yes, all exhibitors are assigned a Guest Pass Code, which attendees must use when they register to receive a complimentary exhibits-only registration ($150 value).
