In addition to serving as vice president, Digital Marketing at the National Association of Broadcasters, Gagan is owner and creative director of a boutique digital marketing studio, co-founder of Chips, Dips and Dorks, an 80s movie podcast, and an adjunct instructor in digital journalism at the University of Marylandís Philip Merrill College of Journalism.

Gagan began his career as a news aide in The Washington Postís newsroom during college, and transitioned to the fledgling Digital Ink, which was the pre-web dial-up service of The Post. A few months in, the team was tasked with creating the first-ever website for The Post.

After eight years at The Washington Post and, stints at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, AOL and Discovery Communications, Gagan landed at NAB in 2007, and now manages upwards of a dozen websites, as well as design and strategic planning for other digital initiatives and campaigns at NAB.
