President of Integrated Revenue Strategy, iHeartMedia, Inc.
A media and marketing veteran with more than 25 years of experience, Hartley Adkins currently serves as President of Integrated Revenue Strategy at iHeartMedia, the largest media reach company in the United States, reaching a quarter billion consumers monthly. Adkins oversees iHeartMedia’s Multi Market Partnerships, Inside Sales, Market Groups Traffic Division and Automotive Business Development & Partnerships platforms. He is also a member of the company’s Executive Operating Committee and responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions.
During his 25+ year span in the media and entertainment industry, Adkins has managed over 100 radio markets in recent years of all size and scope. He has held expansive senior leadership positions across sales, programming and operational divisions. He has led multiple revenue generating projects that have yielded financial success, not only in the market operations, but in a variety of iHeartMedia divisions.
Adkins serves on the Radio Board of Directors for the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), as well as Immediate Past Chair of the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB). A graduate of the University of Florida, he is active in the community and affiliated with many local clubs in the Washington D.C. area.
