Amy Stroud is currently the Senior Vice President for Forcht Broadcasting, working with 26 radio stations in 9 markets in Kentucky, Indiana, and Illinois; the focus of the position is enhancing the radio groups online and social/digital media platforms.

Previously, Amy worked as a Field Representative for a former Kentucky Governor, as a marketing and community manager for two non-profit organizations, and as a producer for a television news station before coming to the radio business in 2012.

In 2014 Amy received Radio Ink Magazine’s Rising Star in Radio designation. She serves on the board of the Young Professionals of East Kentucky; is a member of the Business and Professional Women’s Club of Somerset, Kentucky; and served on a session panel during the NAB Radio Show in Nashville in 2016.

Amy graduated from the University of the Cumberlands in 2004 with degrees in Communications and Political Science and completed an Entrepreneurial Fellowship at the University of Kentucky in 2011. She also interned for the NBC News London, England bureau in the Fall of 2002.
