Elizabeth Fazio is Director of Talent Engagement for Premiere Networks and iHeartMedia’s National Programming Group. In that role, she oversees operations for many of Premiere’s industry-leading, syndicated entertainment programs, including On Air with Ryan Seacrest, On with Mario Lopez, Elvis Duran & The Morning Show, The Breakfast Club, Brooke and Jubal, The Bobby Bones Show, The Kane Show, On The Move with Enrique Santos and others. Working directly with talent, show staff and others, she develops and improves best practices for on-air and online production and endorsements, as well as social media, educating programming teams across iHeartMedia’s nationwide network on how to utilize social platforms to enhance their on-air product and deepen the relationship they have with loyal listeners.

Fazio also serves as the national radio broadcast event producer and talent manager for the company’s marquee events, including the iHeartRadio Music Festival, iHeartRadio Music Awards, iHeartCountry Music Festival, iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina and iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball.

Fazio previously served as Operations Manager for Elvis Duran & The Morning Show, where she worked with a network of more than 75 affiliates and was responsible for creating Elvis Duran’s End of Summer Bash, Elvis Duran’s Dysfunctional Family Vacation and other promotions across all platforms.
