Reed Dennis is a Principal in the Dallas office of Mercerís executive compensation consulting practice. He specializes in the strategy, analysis, and design of cash and equity-based compensation programs for executives and directors. He works extensively on annual and long-term incentive plan strategy and design, identification of current compensation trends, pay for performance reviews, and competitive market benchmarking. He joined Mercer in 2006 and works out of Austin, Texas.
With over eleven years of consulting experience, he has led and been an integral part of client projects for a wide variety of industries including technology, financial services, healthcare, oil and gas, food/beverage, consumer products, and retail. He has consulted to both publicly-traded and privately-held companies ranging in size from smaller pre-IPO companies to multinational Fortune 500 companies. He is also responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of project teams, including identifying key issues and objectives, developing and directing analyses, interpreting results of these analyses, and communicating findings and recommendations to senior management and directors.
Prior to joining Mercer, Reed attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a BBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business.
