L’areal Lipkins is Managing Partner at Acuity Systems, Inc., Dallas’ premiere sales training and consulting firm. She specializes in helping companies recruit top sales talent, develop sales processes, and align their sales strategies for growth.

Since joining Acuity in 2009, L’areal has worked with companies such as Lennox, Sprint, Oracle, Aflac, and Harwood International---just to name a few. In 2012, L’areal became one of the first certified Sandler trainers across 250 locations worldwide. She is also a certified Objective Management Group partner and Extended DISC facilitator.

L’areal graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas and received her MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
