Mark is a Show Director with Disney Parks Live Entertainment. He is also the current Park Show Director at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, where he was part of the original creative team that opened the park in 1998. In his role as the park’s creative entertainment liaison, Mark has continued to help Disney’s Animal Kingdom grow with a number of new experiences, including Donald’s Dino-Bash!, Swotu Wayä: the Na’vi Drum Ceremony and the “Rivers of Light” nighttime show. Over the past 24 years, he has contributed to a wide range of diverse productions for Disney Parks Live Entertainment, from implementing the first stilt walking program at Walt Disney World Resort in the 1990s to developing and directing Star Wars Weekends for its 16-year run at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and creating all of the Pirates of the Caribbean-inspired experiences aboard Disney Cruise Line.
